Hi all. I didn't know this forum exsisted and could have used it several years ago. I have a low hours ford 1710(~600) that replaced a allice chalmers 720 lawn tractor (it was way too small and light for my needs). I have already split this tractor to install a creaper gear kit--very handy when positioning stuff with a loader. I installed a 7308 loader from a 1990's 1910 tractor; used the 1910 diverter block so it's live all the time. I think I might have one of the last ones built sice it's a 1987 model sn=19016 which is higher than whats listed on tractor data. future changes include a front blade/snow blower mount, a second dual spool valve for the rear; and side steps.
