Well the first problem with the new deck, besides the lack of a tilt cylinder. The Zero fittings in the spindles come loose, lost one all ready replaced it after cleaning out the dirt out best I could. It seems the counter bore is not large enough to let you get socket on to fully tighten it. I had to grind a 6 point socket down to near the end to get them reasonably tight..... so much for engineering and QC........ Jim

An other grease fitting fell out, this time out of the pillow block on the roller...... time to visit the dealer. Still no tilt cylinder kit........ Jim

All 1/4 28 grease fittings are not the same, very generous tolerance. Less than a 50% thread.... On a good note I have my tilt cylinder kit installed, Life is good...... Jim
