New conditioning rollers costs $$ ?

My neighbor might be parting with his self-propelled New Holland swather. Around 16 ft?...The rubber rollers are shot but it still runs like a top. How much $$ are we looking at here if the New Holland shop here does it? Is it worth it? thanks

I think its an early 90's model 1118 swather (16 ft).

A new pair of rollers will set you back a little over $3000 not including new bearings or other peripherals.
