Thank you, I wish I had closer and better pictures. From what I understand they are bridging a natural preserve which makes it more challenging.

From the terrain level I am confident it is going to be above the arch. The arch suspended on lines.

Looks to me like it will run on top judging from the plane of the road on either side.
