Maybe you have heard of this company or similar. I heard about them from an industrial supplier of ours - pretty amazing what they are doing:

On their website, I didn’t see information about the price of their produce compared to more traditional farming. They focus on quality and carbon footprint. I suspect this is targeted to high-end consumers that are willing to pay a premium.

I’d be surprised if this could scale well enough to be the wave of the future.

Their target is wholesale, not the consumer directly.....
