NEW 3830 HST

Gents finally got off the fence and wrote the KUBOTA dealer a check. New unit should be delivered tomorrow complete with 723 loader quick detach plate and 72'' heavy duty bucket. Added a 72'' bush hog box grader as well. Will post pics of tractor this weekend.....and the box blade after I get it out of the paint booth... hey its gotta match the tractor!

It's a great tractor. My boxblade is black. When I get the energy to paint the HD front bucket, I think it will be black as well. After 350 hours on my L3830, the orange bucket paint is all but gone on the inside, I use it a lot and hard. I find 2200 to 2400 RPM ideal for tasks like mowing and 1800 to 2000 RPM for loader work. Funny thing is, at 2000 RPM it sounds like it's at idle. I find this engine to be the smoothest diesel I have used on any compact.
