Tractor
2305, LT180
This is my first post though have lurked on the board for a month or so. Anyway just wanted to say hello and let all know that my wonderful better half let me buy a tractor. Having owned an lt180 for the past three years I was pretty much sold on John Deere. But I have friends that were nudging me towards a Kioti. To make long story short Saturday I (we) bought a 2305 w/ 200cx, 4' box blade, 54" front blade (will use mainly for snow removal) and rear ballast box. The ballasting issues being discussed on this forum get a heartfelt assist in this item being bought - safety first. Dealer believes I should get delivery this coming Friday (whoa, a surprise 3 day weekend in the making) of everything but the front blade. Anyway thanks for all the very informative posts I have read on this forum and hopefully I will be able to add some pertinent information to assist the next new buyer(s).

29 + acres ~ 8 simi clear taking into consideration those pesky granite rocks that tend to poke out here in New England and the rest wooded..

I better get to the dealer... I might be missing something. My 4110 is 5 months old. Better idea, save more scratch for a 200cx loader ( and other attachments ). A sure way to loose your wallet is visit your local dealer with the intention of " just looking ".
Good luck to all the new owners. Jd sure builds some nice toys .... err machines.
