neutral safety switch repair/replace

I have a late 1980's Ford 2100 diesel tractor that appears to have a faulty neutral safety switch. Can sometimes get it going by moving shift lever around, but rarely happens. Is there an easy way to bypass temporarily, and guidance as to repair/ replace would be appreciated

Correction the tractor is a ford 2110 diesel tractor.
