There's no way to tell the THC content of a hemp plant by looking at it.

IDK. Just repeating what the hemp growers and the state agriculture department are saying about the commercial hemp production.

Here is an unpleasant thought. It's probably not the MJ being grown that will be the problem. It's the class of individual growing the product and those who will come to purchase the product that would concern me. I noticed some very unsavory folks visiting my neighbors while they were trying to get their "business" started.

I would certainly call LEO and have the neighbors checked out.

That's one reason my mother is leasing the greenhouse rather than selling it outright. Once it's sold she loses control over what is grown there.

Buyers don't generally come to the field to purchase. Marijuana needs to be dried, trimmed and cured in order to be sold as a consumeable.

Did the OP ever find out if that's really what is going on?
