That's one reason my mother is leasing the greenhouse rather than selling it outright. Once it's sold she loses control over what is grown there.Here is an unpleasant thought. It's probably not the MJ being grown that will be the problem. It's the class of individual growing the product and those who will come to purchase the product that would concern me. I noticed some very unsavory folks visiting my neighbors while they were trying to get their "business" started.
I would certainly call LEO and have the neighbors checked out.
