Large rounds up in the air cause a terribly high center of gravity. What exactly happened in the pictures?

Looks like more than one safety problem. Tractor too small for the job of loading the grinder. Needed more height so the bale spears were not stuck in the bale. The bale was on top of the spears. The grinder was knocked over because the tractor driver couldn't see as he drove up to it. No ROPS.

In the other thread, it was said that the bale came over the arms and then the tractor pushed the grinder over. Operator was using that tractor as the larger one was at the dealers. Had a broken collarbone, arm(?) and is recovering well.

I'm sorry I didn't add a link although I did mention the "owning/operating forum" but that doesn't take away of the importance of being VERY CAREFUL around farm equipment. Dairy cows need to eat regularly and the normal tractor utilized for the loading chore that's larger is at a dealership waiting to be repaired. My neighbor was very LUCKY with just a broken rib & collarbone.
