Need tips for installing FEL

I just bought a used Ford 770 loader with arms and hydraulics for my 1980 Ford 1700 and am looking for any advice for installing it. I've never done anything like this. The loader I bought came off a Ford 1300, which I gather has a slightly smaller clutch housing, meaning that I will have to modify the bracket somewhat, but that doesn't look too bad. Is this the moment to replace the hydraulic fluid? Any and all tips or pointers to useful resources online would be extremely welcome.
