NEED SOME GROUND PREP HELP

Going to start some food plots on my hunting land.Don't know if the ground has ever been worked over. So I want to know what to do to prep for planting.I have a tiller but I know I will have to do things prier to tilling.But I don't know what to get and when to use it.Some info would be appreciated.

What can you tell us about the "ground that has never been worked before". How long do you think "before" is? Since grubbing out trees? Are there rocks? swampy? old pasture?
Could be from soup to nuts, regards the equipment you might need to prep for tilling.

Pic would be very helpful.

I think it was worked at one time but not since Ive been going up to the land. So like 14,15 years ish. No stumps just red willow and also on the damp side but well drained.

Soil tests wouldn't hurt. They'll let you know the pluses and minuses of the soil condition (nutrients, etc.).
