Need some advise

How much weight can I haul on this trailer ? If I;m reading it correctly. The trailer weights 5K and I can haul 12K. My trailer is the T-HD12. I also don't understand where they get the HD 14 at 14K it appears to have the same specs as my trailer,,,,, wheels,tires,axles as my trailer

Assuming 10-15% tongue weight, you could go up to around 13,500 lbs on that trailer and be legal. The 14k looks to have a heavier 3" hitch but other than that is pretty similar. With the HD14 your paying extra for the GVWR tag, that's all.

That's all I can see that's different.Everything else appears the same. I just bought this trailer a couple months ago and hadn't hauled anything with it. I thought I would be safe loading it to 12K I need to get some gravel for the drive . The way I came up with 12K was. looking on their site , to determine load weight. subtract the trailer GVWR 17K - AVG Weight assuning this is trailer weight empty.5000K = 12K
