Need help with my atv

I have a mini bike baja warrior 200 cc and I'm wanting to put a bearclaw tire for my rear tire but I don't know if they can custom make or if they already have one that is 19x7.00 and all I need is the tire not the rim I need to be able to take it to a shop and get them to put the tire on the rim if they do make or can make a tire that size if you can help me pls do so

19x7.00 is that the front rim or the rear rim? 7 is not very wide and a bearclaw tire is more of a rear tired unless the atv is 4x4
