We have a NH TC40D with a NH 16LA Front Loader
The stick to operate the loader is to the right of the seat. Side-to-side movement makes the bucket curl/dump. Forward/Back is the lift operation. It has been working just fine .... until yesterday
Now, when you lift, it will raise the bucket about 2 feet off the ground and stop. If you push the stick back forward, it will lower to the ground just fine. Pull it back and the 2 foot lift then STOP! Curl works just fine.
So far we tried taking one of the lift cylinders off to see if it will extend properly. It will not extend when we use the stick. We also noticed that, if we loosen both of the hoses going to the cylinder, it will spray fluid out of both ends when we move the stick one way, but hardly and fluid out of either end when we move it the other way.
If we disconnect the cylinder completely, we can push it in or pull it our without restriction.
This problem occurred without any warning. One lift it was working fine, the next lift .... STOP
Any ideas?
