Need help with a Case 580B weight

I am new to the group here, I just bought a Case 580b diesel backhoe and I am trying to find out how much it weights and the height to the top of the cab so i can get it shipped. Does anyone here know that info? This is my first backhoe so I hope things go well

The 580E weighs about 14-15K with loader and hoe. I'd guess your B would be similar. Cab height is about 10'. The 580's hauled in my area are usually towed by a dump truck with a deck over trailer.

A paper manual for my 580D was $130.00 at the dealer. I couldn't find any much cheaper than that. It has EVERYTHING in it for my tractor. It's new with no missing pages or smudges. Just FYI.

Unless they got the parts,owners, and service all together?

At that price, it must include some yoga lessons so you are more flexible.

That is just the service manual.

the parts manual is extra
as is the operators

I was thinking of putting mine own parts manual together from the information that is available online from case and just having it in paper form so when i am working on the machine i have it right there.

It looks like all the parts are there it should just be a matter of time.

I have ordered an operators manual off ebay, I don't know if it is the correct one.

So the service manual is the only one i really need to buy.

I would like to get it cheap and spend the money on parts for the machine instead of the book, but i might have to anyway.
