I have a stanley hydralic jack hammer I bought used and attached to my Case skid loader. At times it will jack real fast...like it should, but only for a few seconds, then it's just real slow, with very little force...
I am not an expert on jack hammers, but it seems to me that we had to have them "recharged" with nitrogen(?) every once in a while. It might be worthwhile to bring it to your Case dealer and have it checked out.
