Hi,
I have an older 7119 and the tiller lift cable broke. I ordered one from the dealer and when it came in it was OK on one end but different on the other.
The end that connects to the back of the tractor lift bracket has a U shape bracket that the cable connects to but the new cable has a threaded 3/8' rod attached.
The dealer says that the new cable is the correct part. Obviously, I am not dreaming this up as I have the old part in hand.
Any ideas?????
I thought about making a bracket to make it work. With the new cable I would have some adjustment that I didn't have with the old.
