Need help fabricating subframe for 3pt backhoe

Here is a picture with outrigger straight out. I cannot get it all the way without put power to hydraulics.

ronjhall-- Thanks for the reply, the pictures and info are a GTEAT help. I'm still not sure on how to finalize the subframe. A whole lot of time sifering, whittlin', and bailin' wire aut ta do da trick!
