Buying Advice Need help deciding on first tractor

Wondering about the hard starting. Not necessarily the battery (obviously). Any crank case blow by or bubbles/contamination in the radiator?

Didn't even get to looking much at the engine, it did have a leak somewhere but didn't get to looking at fluids
