I must trailer my TC-35DA about 55 miles round trip from where it is stored and I do it on a 22ft, 11,000 GVWR trailer. My set up is similar to yours, TC-35 ( 3430lbs + loaded tires 1100lbs), FEL and 4 in 1 bucket but with the Woods 5ft med duty and w/ bucket flat on the floor it hanges off the rear by about 6". I often put my box blade in front and rest the bucket on it and it still hanges off the same amount. My BH is about 1 ft shorter than yours but within 75lb of yours. I pull it with a 2500HD and the std engine ( 300hp), with a max towing capacity of of 10,000 lbs. It struggles to get to 65 when I exit an up hill clover leaf on the interstate. I have brakes on both axels and spend the money for a spare.
My set up levels out my truck and is not real tongue heavy.
I now wish I could have gotten a longer trailer by at least 2 ft, but I would have to go to a Pintle hitch or a 5th wheel.
Also get some extra D rings welded on for tying it all down.
