Need for a LIKE function

Why would owning a tractor now make a difference. What about all the people who have owned one in the past and probably more years than most here now? Would you not want to learn from their experiences? What about a tractor mechanic who repairs tractors but does not have one? What about operators who work on a tractor daily but don't own it?

It takes even less of a rocket scientist to see that no poll was ever taken, really. Certainly not of anywhere near the 315,000 TBN users. Very, Very few. Just those who happened to look at this thread. Who would why would they, Who asked them to ? NO ONE. Yes, I see how it is going. The issue never gets a hearing beyond a hundred or so people, 25 of those bothered to respond, the management of TBN made ZERO effort to get any input , and guess what ... Nothing happens. Exciting isn't it?

The 315K users is a misnomer per se...A good sized chunk of those users never made a single post...another big chunk posted once or twice and vanished...

I'm sure it would look like a sine wave if the user data was graphed...

not privy to the data I can only relate my own observation that there are fewer long term users posting of late even though the post counts may be similar...I've seen a big turnover in previously prodigious posters...now it seem like there are fewer posters making more posts...

In recent days, I've noticed a few posts by people who signed up years ago, maybe 8 or 9 or more, that only showed less than 20 posts beside their name.

While thinking about the 315,000 registered users...If there were actually at least 10% that many active users...And they all were willing to buy a $1.00 raffle ticket (that would be over $30,000)

If the powers that be would be allowed to...there could be a nice SCUT, CUT raffled off every so often...
