Beowulf, you need to get the dealer to look at this problem AND EXPLAIN what is going wrong.
You have not said how many hours you added, but I don't think you are out of WARRENTY PERIOD, so use it . There is no excuse for a near new tractor to "creeping" on hills.
The next time the tractor creeps, it could be a write off. If you don't document your actions to fix the problem, (tbn, and dealer) the insurance may not pay out.
redman, way out of warranty period. Tractor is not new - bought in 2003. Apparently this is not uncommon given the experiences of others who have posted here. I have - as some have advised - checked the draw-down on the brakes separately - they are even, and have looked at adjustments but so far nothing found that I can figure out to do.

I agree totally that I need to get it fixed. I posted here as a first effort as I typically get a lot of good feedback - and see that others have similar issues. The last time I managed to 'hook' the FEL bucket around a tree. But clearly, dropping the rear box and the FEL and the brakes together won't do the job on an incline. It is a PITA in those situations when I am in the hills and have to get off to work and have few parking options. I will figure it out - assuming there is a solution. Thanks for responding.
