Need a pic of Burning Piles

LOL:laughing:..........those photos are 3 years old. Didnt' all the green give it away?:confused3:

I have had to call 911 twice in the last couple of months to keep my neighbor from burning their piles. I used to just call the fire department on them and a pumper truck would come out.

A couple of months ago the fire department told me they would get the truck ready and for me to call 911, because now a days they are issuing tickets for busting the burn ban.

Western East Central Texas? Where the heck is that? Madison or Leon County?

Your right, Mesquite is best next to the pit. Walker County is mostly Pine Forest. It would have to be far western Walker County, if at all. I do know Madison County has Mesquite.

We got a 10th of an inch on Thursday and we ain't sharing.
Seriously, this drought is starting to kill numerous trees at the top or completely. We ALL do need rain.
Do you live close to "Mad" ville?

I had to clean up some of my blow downs this year. I lost 20 trees last year due to the high winds last fall and this spring. Not lost any in the past 6 months. Knock on wood! This fire was burning for 2 weeks straight from all the brush and stumps.
