Need a 3.7:1 gear reducer

I need to convert my mid PTO from 2000 RPM to 540 RPM. So, I need an in-line gear reducer that is a 3.7:1 ratio. It needs to handle 40 HP. I couldn't find one at TSC, Rural King, Orscheln, or Surplus Center. Any ideas where else to look?
