I saw this Yanmar on craigslist and it looked like it would fit my needs. I just bought 5 acres and will need to do some clearing. Nothing major mostly brush. Anyway, Probably paid way too much but he did deliver it from half a state away.

It's got a coldwater loader on it..

Anyone know if they are still in business after the law suits ? I haven't seen them post in a while

Somebody posted - I think on here - that he's doing fine but can't be bothered to maintain a website or maintain a presence on the internet.

In my opinion paying a specialist to keep up a website would be to his advantage, but he's not interested.

I agree that a web presence is good for business. When I was shopping for tractors, many didn't have a loader and I was trying to find out how to add one. Coldwater came up frequently but it was difficult to tell if they were still in business.

Yea i think it would be good. Even if he had a secretary post on these forums or maintain a facbook or something? Some people on here gave him a hard time for his grammer, spelling and punctuation or lack there of. He said that he built tractor loader and was a fabricator was not an english teacher or something to that degree. I admit i am not the best speller, and often proof read zero. Am famous for run ons and lack of punctuation and capitalization and lack there of. But with the texing and emails in outlook and Word documents the need for capitalization at the front of the sentence is so automized you almost never do it anymore. And i promise your ability to type or how you type does not reflect your inteligence or degree of education...i can promise you that. My education level probably would surprise some on here based on what you read i type.

Anyway...welcome to the site. With the trees and the coldwater loader it looks as if your in the PNW?
