You have a way with understatement! If I tried to make that it would take an infinite number of hours. I mean, it is soooooooo hard to strike an arc when welding wood -- I have no idea how you guys do it and with no signs of burn thru!

We use special wood wire feed gas welders to avoid burn thru! The hard part is getting the wood wire to flow thru the nozzle -- needs a special regulator too!

Very nice. Mortise and tenon layout had to be a nightmare. Well done, that many m&t joints in one piece, well you can build anything.
