Funny, but the last big item sitting on my "critical needs" list is a 6' medium-duty bush-hog. No Woods, Land Pride or Bush Hog for dirt poor moi... but no "KK" or "FF" either. I was hoping to actually see one of those Mahindra branded bush-hogs before I decided... but not sure that's gonna happen before the snow flies and I am back in snowplowing mode.

Went to the Fair this weekend and saw the Woods bush hog I want. 6 footer medium duty. It could be in my yard for a measly $2000.00. Coming into winter I just don't have the csh to do it. Not with the price of heating oil at $2.60 + a gallon. Too many bills to pay right now. Do me a favor send me some of your luck and maybe I'll win the lottery tonight.

Heating with wood is great if someone is home all day long. We did it for a couple of years, oil bill was aprox. $25.00 a month. With the GF working full time no one is home to stoke the stove, so oil kicks in. She burns wood at night but even keeping the temp down during the day uses some oil. I would like to put in a wood boiler, but after upgrading the oil boiler to high effiency computerized unit I would have to add a complete second system, due to the computer control. Not a cheap venture.

You are not seeing the begining of the commercial though. It starts out with one of my buddies 3 JD's broken again. Him on the phone asking if the Tank can come to the rescue Again.

This place I go ocassionally caters to the construction crowd. All kinds, concrete, carpenters, road builders, etc, etc... I want to buy him their special burger with bacon and all the frills if he wants them... Then when he gets home, he'll have a better understanding of how much work he has to drum up in order to eat with the "big" boys,.
