as far as the "feet" you will have to make them.

I am looking for the small seed box for a Taylor or Midland Pasture Dream.
I would buy a complete or junk planter if the small seed box is salvageable.

Anyone know where to get replacement packing rollers or found/made a good alternative?

Small smooth disk blades welded together over what ever is left on yours would work.
A good machine shop could rebuild the whole shaft with new bearings.
