Good news:
The drip was due to the rod seal on the steering cylinder. Dealer picked up the unit and repaired it and dropped it off yessterday.

Bad News:
Started leaking again immediately! /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif At first I thought the puddle was a left over from before. So I placed some newspapers underneath the cylinder and had lunch. Twenty minutes later the dip was obvious.

Good News:
This time the dealer immediately dispatched a "ready to mow" truck loaded with everything possible for a X595 and was at my house within 2 hrs from my second call. No excuses, no negotiations, just good customer service. When the cylinder was replaced, one o-ring was no installed. Ten minute fix. He also checked the other line to insure it had the o-rings installed. Checked okay!

Good good news:
Was able to mow before it started to rain. (Grass was over 8 inches tall and very heavy. The Diesel didn't seem to notice it though. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
