My dealer dropped Kioti, another closed, and a third...

I'm sure the only Bobcat dealers that are going to service Kioti's are the ones that are actually set up as Kioti dealers.

You are most likely right regarding warranty work but I imagine for other stuff they would do it. Do you think a Bobcat dealer would turn away a Gehl skidsteer that needed new tires or hydraulic hoses or some welding repair? If they are going to be stocking Kioti/Daedong parts for the CK series anyway there would be no reason at all for them to turn the work away (at least for the CKs).

I was meaning Warranty service.
As far as other service it would be up to that dealer I'm sure, depending on how busy they are with their own equipment.

Called Bobcat shrewsbury this morning.

Some good things: they are carrying Kioti (orange) because Harvard dropped Kioti. Basically their North Reading store sent down the CK20S TLB because w/o Harvard power, Kioti wanted them for area coverage.

Also -- they used to be open on saturday, but as just Bobcat, not enough business which I can understand.

They plan on moving to Auburn for a better location. He hates where they are -- it is like a prison in appearance and w/ the aggregate plant next door processing rocks and portland cement all day it's nasty (smells, vibration, etc).

So -- when they move to Auburn (which is well in my range still not too far out on route 20) and pick up more Kioti stuff, it might end up worth while for them to be open on saturday.

So that's all good -- maybe it will work out.

I will be calling them after 1st of the year to order some parts -- hopefully they'll be setup by then -- they have an appointment this week for Kioti related business.
