Here's my version from an earlier post. I'm posting this only to show my take on channel fork construction. So far they have held up to anything my little machine is capable of lifting without any problems.

Here is my setup, quick and easy! on and off just by rolling the bucket and the weight is distributed to the top of the bucket and cutting edge :thumbsup:

those are acutal forklift forks scored off ebay, and altered a little bit to work!

Finally built built mine based on the OP's design. I had some 2 inch square bar so I used 2-1/2 in 3/16 wall for the slides, the forks I'd already bought at an auction sale, they were actually fork extensions. For the pins I welded 1/2 inch bolts to some more 2-1/2 inch tube. That way I can use the whole assembly with my big loader also by substituting a longer 2 inch bar for the bigger bucket. Thanks to Therealbuzz for the idea.
