I got a bit more done today. The plumbing is done but needs a little fine tuning. It's a bit of a tangled mess. But I avoided using any 90's on the splitting cylinder/auto cycle. There are a couple t's that couldn't be avoided.
I got the wiring figured out enough to make it run... Had a couple minor leaks
I've always been a honda fan but this is my third kawasaki... So far so good. Smooth and quiet.
The cycle time is a little slower than I hoped... With the 36" stroke it does a full cycle in a little under 15" seconds. But that is with the fluid at only 60 degrees. Hopefully it get closer to the 11.4 seconds that the online calcs say it should be at once the fluid warms up.
I still have a bunch of loose ends to finish up but I should be able to meet my goal of having it ready to go by the time snow melts.
