Kubota MX5400 HST, heavy duty bucket, 3rd function, R1 tires (rears filled), 2 remotes
Anyone with a MX5400 that has installed an aftermarket Top N Tilt Kit? I'm wondering what size I will need.

I have two rear remotes; one is a double acting valve and the other is a Float detent valve.

At a loss to what I need.

I always supply 2 1/2" dia cylinders with 1 1/2" dia rods similar to those pictured.

Top link is a cat 1-2 unit & has a working length of 23 1/4"- 35 1/4"

Side link is built with a 6" stroke cylinder and provides an equal amount of tilt angle to both the left & right sides.
So it is extended 3" to have the implement level side-side. This matches the factory stationary left side link for length.

2 hose kits made with 3/8" hose and 1/2" male AG type couplers.
Top link kit has 30" & 36" hoses.
Side link has 24" & 30" hoses.

2 sets of cylinder adaptors-flow restrictors. 90*fittings for the top link, 45* fittings for the side link.

Get all that and you will be all set.

Awesome. Thanks for the reply.

I perused your website and I believe the kit I need is $1010 + shipping and is a 30 week lead time?

Whatever you get, get it from a dealer close enoguh to you that you can get it replaced when it is the wrong one, etc. Pay particular attention to the range of length from full long to minimun short. Not necesarily obvious and a good dealer will get you the right size for your tractor. I did exactly that with an hydraulic top link 10 years ago and have been extremely happy with it. Another thing is to get one that is heavy duty enough to withstand anything/everything you will put on the 3pt for the long term. You will find yourself using it ALL the time. I nebver really had use for the tilt cylinder.

I heard comments that the Kubota Top N Tilt kit isn't very durable. But I've heard great things about Fit Rite hydraulics.
Just like Everything Attachment products I don't mind waiting months to get a product that will last.

Correct, current lead times are running a minimum of 30 weeks.

There is no way I would ever pay $1000 for a hyd top link and tilt. Half that for the hyd top link, YES if it is really a good heavy duty one. For the two NO.

I got the Fit Rite hydraulic Top Link for my M6040 eight years ago. Never had a moments problem. It's a marvelous addition to any 3-point implement. In particular, ground engagement implements.

I have a FitRite top link and dual side links. Well worth the wait for a quality product. Brian is also a top notch guy that has unselfishly helped many on this forum asking nothing in return. If he had charged me twice the price I still would have bought them because I support people like Brian. This world sure could use more people like him!
