No luck finding a monoblock with 3-flaot spools, other than spec'ing one out through brand hydraulics to the tune of ~$430.
Called baileys. Called northern, called many places. Here are my options not counting plumbing from tractor to valve, PB to 3PH, or valve to tank, because that is gonna all be the same no matter which option I choose:
Option 1:
I can get a chief G series 3-spool mono that has 1 spool with float. And 2 that dont. -10 in/out ports and -08 work ports. $185 @ baileys
Would need 6 female 1/2" ISO 5675couplings with 2-way sleeve from motion industries and 6 dust caps....$125
6 hoses about 12-18" long to connect the couplers to the valve......$20ea........................................$120
6 ORB to JIC adapters to connect hoses to valve.....................$10 total.
Option 1 total: $440 + shipping on parts + supply,PB, and return from valve
***Only has 1 float valve. But is a nice small 10gpm valve monoblock
Option 2:
Chief PC100 stackable valve from baileys:
3 Float work sections @ $83ea, Inlet section $24, outlet w/PB $25, Bolt kit $8.......Valve total $306
Same 6 hoses and JIC adapters....................................................................$130
Couplings..............................................................$125
Option 2 total $561 + shipping on parts + supply,PB, and return from valve
****What I dont like about this is the inlet/outlet are -12 and work ports are -10, since its a 21GPM valve. I worry about size being an issue, as well as trying to slowly control/feather the hydraulics with this big 21gpm valve
Option 3:
Prince SV series valve from baileys
3 float work sections $110ea, inlet section $47, outlet section w/PB $65, Bolt kit $14.....total valve.....$456
Same hoses and adapters............................................$130
Couplers....................$125
Total for option 3 $711 + shipping on parts + supply,PB, and return from valve
****I like that this is a smaller valve with -08 work ports and 10gpm flow, but dont like the cost. I'd probably order a monoblock from brand hydraulics with 3-flaot spools before I went this route.
Option 4: Order one of these Fasse Remote Master Hydraulic Tripler Valve Kit 7 -1 3 for $475
Get a single spool float valve ~$100 many places
Plumb the 2 hoses to the from the fasse block , then 6 hoses $130 + 6 couplers $125 out the back
Option 4 total.........$830
**would require a few extra fittings and hoses to plumb the single spool valve to the fasse
Option 5: Just go all out and get Fasse 2 GPM ISO Hydraulic Tripler Remote Valve Kit with Command Stick $875
Still need a single spool valve ~$100
And would only need 2 hoses to go from valve to tripler block....$40
Wouldnt need any couplers as this comes with them. Mount the smart joystick to the single spool valve.
Option 5 total: $1015
***This would be a real slick setup, but have a hard time justifying the cost. Especially since I dont even have anything for the remotes to control at the moment.
Option 6: same as above, but waiting on a quote for this Wetherell Manufacturing Co. :: Made in the U.S.A.
Since I am a tight @$$ I'll probably just go with option 1 and live with 1 float valve. I really dont ever seen needing to float 2 at the same time. But If I were to ever get a TNT setup, they would likely always remained hooked up. If mowing and I want TL float.....okay. If grading and I now want optional side link float....I can just swap the couplers. Anyone have any examples of where you would need multiple floats on the SAME implement?
