THANKS!

I Googled Iowa Farm Sales and didn't get a hit on a dealer. Do you know if they have a website in a different name?
Are you happy with the WR long tooth bar?

I was messing around with the tractor this evening and I must say I am thinking I now need to add a 2nd set of remotes so I can get the hydro tilt function - I will be calling Barlows tomorrow!

I bought my tooth bar from Iowa Farm tool and it is a well built TB. I have pried and dug with it and it is still in perfect shape. Goes on and off in a few minutes. The TB takes with the bucket to a new level. Also good for grubbing brush too.

Kyle241 - How do you like your BH92? I would love to get one someday down the road. Do you find it is "big enough"?

For me yes. I was seriously considering the L45 for some time but with the additional/new projects on the go such as ploughing and discing, I opted for the MX5100 with the BH (plus less $$$). It does a fantastic job on stumps, stones, ditches, etc. and has plenty of power (IMHO). It's not a full size BH by any means but I am very impressed with it's power. I went with the 18" bucket as the 24" is too large for most of my tasks and would have like the hydro thumb but that is another $3-4k!

Great idea on State Eqpt!!!! Thanks!!

One of these days when I get some more cash I am going to order a bh92. With just buying the tractor I'm a bit cash poor right now!!!!! That would make the perfect tractor for me

Same here code, same situation. Any rough idea on price of a backhoe? I have the same machine as you. I know the ones from woods are a little cheaper when I was researching for my l4400, but never looked into for the mx.

Depending on where you are located, the BH92 will be around $9k installed.

That is also what I was being told, around $9000-9500 with the subframe installed. Seems like a great unit but believe the Woods is also a quality built unit. Would love to have one with a ripper, mech. thumb and maybe a 12" and 24" bucket. Then I could get stumps out, dig lines, clean ditches and move/lift rocks. Maybe someday - for now I am trying to get a front grapple for clean up and rock hounding (AKA - building walls and a water feature for the wife)

Yeah bigbull, im really loving this new machine, very impressed and satisfied with it. I went from a masey 165, to an l4400, than to a mx5100. I was loving the 4400, for a smaller machine it was eating up everything I threw at it, but when I stopped back at my dealer few months later and I saw that mx sitting there, I really missed my bigger machine, and when I saw the minimal price differance for the bigger turbo machine, I had to do an immediate trade in. I just knew if im gonna buy a brand new machine it had to be everything I needed, and this guy has it bud. Looking foward to many yrs with it.
