MX 285 PTO Fault

We recently purchased a used MX 285 and every time we turn on the PTO, the PTO Fault warning comes on and there is no PTO speed reading. Any suggestions on how to fix it or where to locate the PTO speed sensor?

I'm afraid only a dealer can fix it and maybe even he can't fix it.
