I was getting multiple error codes. Toolcat wouldn't move. It was really random almost like a loose wire. We had experienced this problem on the T300 before which takes a bit more of a beating than the Toolcat. I figured out that it was loose relays in the relay/fuse box behind the drivers right leg and the one to the right of the drivers leg. Opened them up, pushed all the relays back in and it operated just fine. When I got it back to the shop, I took out the relays one by one and ever so slightly splayed out the connections so that the relay fit in a little more snugly. Problem solved. If you are running your Toolcat on rough ground or hit a hard bump then start to experience error codes, might want to check that the relays haven't shaken loose from their receptacles. Saved me a trip to the dealer for what I'm sure would have been an expensive repair.

FWIW, some (perhaps many/most) of the relays in a Toolcat can be purchased outside the Bobcat parts counter for less money than Bobcat wants. Electronic supply houses typically carry the generic devices and will deliver them to your mailbox. There is one particular relay that is used for multiple purposes. (I think it's the windshield wiper relay type that is used in multiple places.) Anyway, IIRC I purchased my relays from Mouser Electronics or Newark.
