Hello,

I'm contemplating buying a skid steer loader with a forestry head and getting in the land clearing business. I would like to know if ayone out there is making a living soley off of small land owners and private individuals. If not what markets should be pursued?

Hey, Welcome to the forum. I would suggest you post your question in the Land Clearing forum where some of the guys that do that kind of work hang out. From what I read be ready to travel, absorb big maintenance bills, before you buy check insurance costs and hope people are still spending in your market. Good luck!
