MTL Grapple

Needing some info on a 48 MTL grapple. How many guys have ordered from MTL, when I try to call it instantly sends a text message saying I知 out of the office how can I help you. I致e seen a couple post on here where guys have purchased bigger one but not the 48 any info would be helpful.

I contacted them a couple of times before buying my 60". I don't remember if I used email or called. Pretty sure I used the contact link on their website. They called me the morning after I placed my order online.

I emailed as well, purchased through their ebay store so I could use a coupon. They were very quick to respond to my questions.
