Please be more specific with the problems.

Do you have hydraulic pressure, and how much?

Does the tiller use any of the hyd?

Is the 3pt working?

If you have a loader, is it working.

Is fluid leaking from a cyl on the right lift arm?

Do you hear the relief valves whining/screaming?

Is your tank/reservoir at the correct level?

If it uses Quick Disconnects, unplug and reset them.

-i don't know the pressure as i don't know how to test it.
Does the tiller use any of the hyd?
-no, just PTO powered
Is the 3pt working?
-3pt, if you mean the 3point lift, that is what is not working, it douse not lift at all, makes funny noise if i let the lever be in the up position for more then 10 seconds
If you have a loader, is it working.
-i wish i had one, so no, there is no loader
Is fluid leaking from a cyl on the right lift arm?
-the fluid is leaking from where the right arm attaches to the tractor in the back, maybe the seal is bad, but the other side is not leaking, and it used to lift the tiller in the back, but it quit lifting it, i had to drag it back home.
Do you hear the relief valves whining/screaming?
-yes sometimes, put the lever sometimes gets stuck when i go move it from down to up position and to neutral
Is your tank/reservoir at the correct level?
-i don't know where the tank is at, or where to add the fluid, i read the manual and it did not tell me, just what kind to use, gear oil 85-145
If it uses Quick Disconnects, unplug and reset them.
-i don't know about that either, how do i find that out? is there something i should look for?

here are the answers to best of my knowledge if you have anymore please ask, like i said this is my first time in this forum, and this is my first tractor too, so i am no expert otherwise i would not be here looking for answers.

If you raise the 3pt lift lever to the top, it will go onto relief. Should be down into neutral when the 3pt is set .

If the 3pt does go into relief, that means that you have pressure.

Check the knob under the seat for 3pt descend rate. Make sure it is not closed off . Just screw it down, and then back off the knob several turns. .

i can't get the 3 point lift to go up, it used to go up, now it douse not, some flued leaked out, probably why it douse not, i need to know where to put flued, i checked the little screw under the seat, and fluid is coming out of it, i don't know what that mean, i was thinking of changing one of the arms, the right one

You really need a hyd gage to measure the pressure.

If the pump is good and you have flow, in neutral, the fluid will flow into the 3pt valve and go to tank. You will read no pressure.

If you raise the lever, the fluid flows into the 3pt cyl, and the 3pt lift arms raise. You will read pressure.

What is the pressure while trying to lift?

If no pressure, the fluid is flowing through the valve to the 3pt cyl and out to tank.. Problems could be, seals are shot, bad relief valve, bad safety valve bad 3pt valve.

If the 3pt valve goes into relief, that means that the fluid is being blocked somewhere, and tells you that you have some pressure.

In order to test just the pump, you need a pressure gage and a flow meter.

Hooking up the tiller should have nothing to do with the 3pt arms not raising. That is solely done by the 3pt cyl, and it will only raise if it has pressure and no leaks.

If your pump is running and putting out fluid, you need to know where the fluid is going.

If your reservoir is low, you may not have enough fluid to operate the hyd.

The filler opening should be located close by the seat.
