My tractor will not go foreward or backward,it just happened after i was backing up , put it in foreward, nothing happened , put it in reverse, didnt go either. The PTO still works fine, but when shifting the shuttle lever, just feels so smooth but the tractor will not move, anyone has experienced that before?

I'm mot sure about yours but on mine when I get off the tractor my right foot sometimes knocks the Hi/Low range selector. If I don't notice and I get back on and put it in gear nothing happens when I let off the clutch, due to the HI/Low being in neither Hi or Low. I put everything back in place and it goes just fine.

That's a good point about the "neutral" position on the hi/lo selector. Happened a few times here as well.

Thanx guys, i will check that this weekend when i go to the farm. Whould that still cause the tractor to shift without pressing on the clutch, because the shuttle lever can shift with out the cluth, even the speed control can be changed without clutch, but only the PTO has to be selected with the clutch, is that normal when the hi/low swith is pushed?
