MT2 ESC Resume Switch

Curious as to what does it do and what kind of problem it could cuse if inop.

Engine Speed Cruise Control (Esc) Switch​

This lets you preset an RPM and return to it. 3 position switch off -armed - resume. If you never use it don't see where it can cause a problem unless the contacts or wires bounce together closing a circuit.

The only time I use it is when I'm using an implement with the PTO. I set it to the PTO speed so when I need the throttle up, I just hit a switch instead of raising the hand throttle and staring at the gauge. Its just one of those things that is not used all the time, but makes life a half second better out snow blowing or bush hogging.
