My MT 345e, bought last summer, has had 4 regens in 48 hrs of use. We live in the city and only get to the farm on weekends where I use the tractor for grading driveway, occasional bush hogging and fel work. The first regen was at 14.6 hrs next 25hrs, 39.8 hrs and 48.2 hrs. Which seems pretty frequent. I run rpm’s at 22 for most work except when using the pto.
Each time it starts with the engine error light coming on and the regen light along with code FOO. After a minute or two the engine erro goes off and the regen heat light comes on. The tractor does it’s regen while I continue working the tractor. This takes about 20 minutes to complete and then it’s back to normal. Is this too frequent and if so what is causing this?
