MT 125 Fuel FIlter. Need Help

My mt125 has been running slower lately in H gear. I thought I would check the fuel filter to see if it is gummed up. The canister fell and now I'm not sure how it all goes back together. When it fell the filter stayed while the cainser, lock ring, spring and red gasket fell. The spring goes under the fuel filter but not sure where the red gasket goes. I can't seem to see a blowout of the filter assembly. I was hoping someone had a service manual or experience on how this all goes back together.

I didn't take one. I see no use for the red washer/ gasket. I put it back together without it and it seems to run fine with no leaks. I'll really test it tomorrow. There is a pre-filter too that I need to find. Thanks

The prefilter is just inside the front of the right rear tire, along the frame rail. Did you get one yet? Hold onto your pants.... they are around $90 from a dealer. It is a simple in / out canister type filter that you can get in an auto parts store for about $10

I believe the red gasket goes on top of the spring, between the bottom of the filter and the spring. It has been a while since I had my 125, I could be mistaken. I will look at my canister tomorrow... it is the same.
