I LIVE AT 105 PELICAN BAY RD MITHELLS ISLAND NSW AUSTRALIA 2430.

I HAVE AN ISEKI 4451 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRACTOR AND AM LOOKING FOR A WORKSHOP MANUAL. I HAVE A PROBLEM DRIVING THE PTO IMPLAMENTS WITH NOT ENOUGH GRUNT. I THINK IT MUST HAVE CLUTCHES DRIVING THE PTO SHAFT BUT DON'T KNOW WHERE TO SEPERATE UNIT. I CLEANED THE SUCKSION FILTER AND FOUND SMALL BITS OF WHAT LOOKS LIKE AUTO CLUTCH PLATE, MAYBE SOMEONE COULD HELP ME.

I wish I had an answer, but don't. However, your post is specific to ISEKI.

I'd suggest you post that question on the ISEKI forum using a title something like "ISEKI 4451 PTO power question"

This way, your question will be seen by ISEKI folks and hopefully the title will catch somebody's eye who has an answer for you.
