Actually, I think the most correct answer is NO, it doesn't matter. Either will do the same filtering job. The non-conductive is cheaper, but my experience was that the conductive model was easier to find, so that's what I bought. If I could have found the non-conductive one, I would have bought it and saved a couple of bucks.
I got the middle size (F3C), and have found it a good size for use with my
BX23. It does take the fuel a while to pass through the filter, though, so the advice to get the bigger model is good, especially if you're filtering a lot of fuel. In my case, I only pour a couple of gallons at a time.
