I'm new at commerical mowing. I have had one account with several properties for two years. I have been asked to bid on a rental housing complex...160 units, pool, etc. for mowing, trimming, twice a year shrub pruning, color, keeping the parking lots clean. There is a poll area. Spring preemergence. 24 mowings, and 7 leaf cleanups, for approximately 10 acres. This is what the previous contractor did. I want to add three times organic fertilizers. I need to get this bid in by tomorrow. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.
