Great technique! I tried to find your previous post describing it, but no luck. Can you tell us the thread number or date? Thanks.

That's it, and thanks for the guidance. You must have gotten a A in physics because this deserves extra credit!

That is a way of doing it. I just put them in the bucket though. Very seldom does the TN find a rock too big but if that happens I just push it. However, I don't use rocks for decoration. I keep finding them in the fields I plow. I know I have a big rock in the ground when two of the three bottoms trip on my plow. Then its time to start digging down till I find it and so far the biggest rock I found was 5 foot wide by 3 feet deep and it broke so it was only about 18 inches the bottom half that broke off was slightly smaller and came to a point so it wasn't as hard to get out. That rock is in the very back of our field now right next to the I-90 if anyone wants it just stop by while you are driving thru and I will load it up for you to get it out of our land. Still have a couple more rocks to dig out when I get the time but we don't plow that field too much anymore.

Hey DIY guy:

Nice looking tractor, I thought you had a 254 but hey that little 224 looks nice ahead of that rock, I moved a few that were that size+ after conversing with ya on-line about it. Mine were mostly burried though and I still have some that are 5' by 3' by? deep... I'm gonna dig around em with my import back hoe then chain em up & out with my JM284. So far I have about 4 that size and a few smaller ones that are plied up. Gonna one day get a rock garden out front so I don't have to MOW so much grass!.
